What could be better? We had to stick around Goreme for a couple of days, as CeCe languished yesterday beneath the same cloud I had suffered under the day before. But we’re up and at ’em today, watching the Olympics and eating comfort food from the sanctity of an Australian bar. On Sunday night we’re off to Egirdir (the Turks can’t pronouce it either evidently), which is in the opposite direction from the troubles in Georgia.
And the dollar is surging! So said an English language headline we passed this morning. Up four percent to the Euro just this week. (It’s still down nearly 10% over the last twelve months, but hey, we’ll take it.) Happy days are here again. Have a great weekend everybody.
